You’ll make an impact by GBS P2P China is looking for a Team Leader in Suzhou to manage the procurement sourcing & contract service delivery, focus on service quality surveillance and improvement, perform regular reviews of process metrics, control the critical processes to meet business expectations, drive the process optimization and digitalization, maintain/establish the relation with business stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Area of Responsibility: * Conduct effective team management; plan and organize effective team operations; ensure adequate staffing and backup support model is in place including cross training - to meet business targets and ensure maximum service delivery continuity. * Lead team to achieve SLA/KPIs. Ensure all metrics are maintained, reported, and understood. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation initiatives to eliminate process wastes and improve process efficiency. * Optimize product portfolio of procurement services (including sourcing support, material data management, procurement system user support, supplier support and sustainability service, etc.) and focus on developing better expertise service for our customers. * Cooperate with operation teams in Czech Republic and Germany as one team for service delivery and development * Maintain and develop relationships with customers to win new business and ensure customer satisfaction. * Identify talents, plan adequate career paths and development strategy, participate in recruitment process. Your defining qualities * Bachelor or above degree * Fluent English both writing and speaking is must * Min 5 years’ experience in procurement service relevant areas or Purchase to Pay processes, and min 3 years’ team management experience in a multicultural environment * Knowledge of SAP, SAP S4/H (or other ERP system) or SAP SRM (Ariba, etc.) * Certification in PMP / LEAN or similar methodology is an advantage * Be familiar with Business Intelligence Tools (e.g QlikSense, Tableau, etc.) and process automation solutions (e.g RPA) is an advantage * Superior analytical and problem-solving skills * Effective interpersonal and communication skills * Good presentation skills and high working efficiency * Good command of Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint * Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities * Be able to work under pressure and quick learning You’ll benefit from * Diverse and inclusive culture, doing the work you like with people who appreciate it! * Systematic career development platform, various training courses, and online learning resources for you to help you tailor your growth path based on your strengths. * 15 days + annual leaves, with additional benefits such as Christmas leave. * Generous benefits package, long-term care corporate annuity plan, flexible allocation of commercial insurance, employee stock sharing matching plan for mutual growth, etc. Create a better #TomorrowWithUs!
